Are there any setup fees to sign up with Signature Back Office Solutions?

No, we never charge a setup fee to join our program.

Are there any monthly minimums to maintain?

We don’t charge monthly minimums either. You’ll never have to worry about financial requirements with us – just use us when you need our help.

How fast can we get set up?

Once an agreement is executed, we will set you up within 24 hours

How much do you hold in reserve, and when do you fund our gross profit?

We advance 100% of your gross profit based on the timecards processed for that given week. Our goal is to help your business grow and thrive, not restrict your cash.

Do you offer benefits to my contract employees?

Yes, your employees will have access to a wide range of benefits. We offer a choice of three ACA-compliant medical plans, as well as dental, vision, 401(k), term life, and short term disability. Our benefits packages are available to all employees who work 30 hours or more per week, as well as their spouses and children.

Are there any states in which you can’t do business?

No, Signature Back Office Solutions operates in all 50 states

Can we employ people paid as 1099 contractors?

Yes, we can process payments to 1099 contractors in any state, provided they meet IRS guidelines.

Who handles employment verifications and unemployment claims?

Signature Back Office Solutions will receive and respond to all employment verifications and unemployment claims.

Are there certain types of placements that are prohibited from your program?

Although we do have some limitations based on insurance, we work with a wide variety of industries. In the past, we’ve placed white collar administrators, attorneys, architects, engineers, clinical and nonclinical healthcare workers, and most light industrial workers. If you don’t see your industry listed here and are interested in whether or not we can place you, feel free to ask.

How often do employees get paid?

We typically pay on a weekly basis, but we can also support other pay frequencies.

How do you charge for your services?

Our fee is a percentage of the employee payroll. The largest impact to our pricing is the cost of commercial insurance based on the state and job classification.

Do you provide liability insurance or other coverage?

Signature Back Office Solutions provides coverage for all of our employees. The coverage we provide includes general liability, professional liability, and workers’ compensation. Please feel free to ask us if you have more specific questions about our insurance offerings.

Will I have to register in each state that we make placements in?

Signature Back Office Solutions maintains registrations and good standing in all 50 states.

Can I make placements outside the United States?

We have a partnership that will allow for Canadian hires. At this time, we are not set up for placements in any other countries.
