Medical Coverage

We offer a choice of three health insurance plans, all of which provide 100% in-network coverage for all preventative care services required by the Affordable Care Act.  Each plan offers coverage for healthcare services needed due to accidents or illnesses. Dental Coverage

Our dental plan is designed to give you affordable access to routine dental services, as well as more specialized procedures.

  • Affordable per visit deductible
  • Preventative and routine exams
  • Per person calendar year maximum

Vision Coverage

Much like our dental plan, our vision plan provides your employees with the care they need at a price they can afford.

  • Affordable per visit deductible
  • Annual exam with in-network and out of network coverage
  • Annual lenses and frames eligibility

401(k) Retirement Plan

Our 401(k) plan gives your employees the opportunity to create a secure financial future.

  • Weekly coverage available after waiting period
  • Flat rate weekly pay through term

Short-Term Disability

If your employee is unable to work due to disability for a short period of time, we can help keep them afloat until they’re back on their feet.

  • Available after a 7 day waiting period
  • Pays flat rate for up to 26 weeks

Term Life Insurance

We’ll help ensure that your employees and their families are protected in the event of your employee’s passing.

  • Basic life insurance policy for employee
  • Spouse and child coverage

Flexible Spending Account

Let your employees put their money toward qualified dependent care and commuting expenses.

  • Dependent care FSA for daycare, preschool, and elder care
  • Commuter benefit for mass transit and/or qualified parking
  • Enrollment based on calendar year; annual max

Optional Supplemental Policies

Life throws curveballs at us sometimes, and we want your employees to be prepared for anything that may come their way. That’s why we offer supplemental policy options through SunLife that will assist with out-of-pocket expenses in the event of:

  • Accidental injuries
  • Cancer
  • Other critical illnesses
  • Hospital admissions that may not be covered by their other insurance.

All benefit deductions, with the exception of our Roth IRA, are pre-tax. Employees working 30 hours or more per week have access to our benefits packages. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage are offered to employees and their dependents.
